Intel SR1400SYS cant see the HDD's

I cant see the Hard drives in PCI Config (bios) nor can it load windows7 or Ubantu - I need this server going for kids to play games on I tried to load all the drivers in the intel download page to no avail. and I cant see a sata config page in bios to change modes. bios 2.53 American megatrends.
