Intel® SS4200-E (Problem registration)

I can not go through the initial registration. I enter my username and password, mail, but the system throws it back to the input of the same that I entered. Resetting doesn't help. Although at the very beginning, when I started using it, I managed to register once and get into the system menu. But after another reset, everything stopped working.
