Intel Server Backboard Beeps

I have an Intel server board and whenver I connect power to the drives backboard I get a consistent beep. Never happened before, pw supply test right. Any ideas?

As far as I know most continious beeps come from RAID controller. Do you have a RAID controller in your system? Which server board/chassis/backplane are you using?
