Intel Server Board S1200V3RP

My server BMC is stuck in "Update Mode".  I have tried ALL means to correct the problem except forcing the BMC to update.  I can't do this because intel is only providing the last version of the BIOS (v03.04.0006) and ME (v03.00.07.024) for my system.  Does anyone have this BMC firmware binary?
