When I run the memory checker utility for an Intel S5520HC motherboard I get the error "the dimm is populated without a processor in socket 2." I have three RDIMMs from Kingston (KVR1066D3Q8R7SK3/12GI). No matter what combination of order I place them into the dimm sockets, I continue to get the error message.
The graphic shows the problem I am having. It states "processor socket 2" is populated. I don't have a processor in the second processor slot. It is in the "CPU 1" slot. The memory is quad rank, 4GB each, and speed of 1066 frequency.
I hope this is descriptive enough. If not, please let me know if there is anything else you may need and thanks.

Did you populate this processor socket, and these DIMM slots? (image taken from TPS at http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/s5520hc/sb/CS-030223.htm http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/s5520hc/sb/CS-030223.htm , page 6 (20 of 190) )
