I have a server with the following specs

Anyone else experiencing long post times on this board.

I would first update to the BIOS 51 package, then do a test boot without the RAID controller or any USB devices attached, and the memory temporarily removed
You should get three beeps within maybe thirty seconds of power-on. If you do, add the memory back in and do a test boot, then proceed doing one bit at a time.
