Intel s3210shlx - why does it boot to external USB?

I have an Intel s3210shlx Server Board, on reboot or cold start it trys to boot from the external USB drive, rather than the internal raid configuration.

I can't seem to find the correct settings to adjust this in the BIOS - any idea where I need to look to resolve this?
