Looking for a fitting xeon

Hello,

since two weeks I am checking out the xeon product lines with all its information and I find it quiet hard to find a fitting match for my requirements so I thought I asked around here.

I need an additional server which main purpose is to run vms (12+). The system will have nvidia quadro's installed.

The vms will be used for:

1) MSSQL Databases

2) Heavy compression workloud

3) transcoding (rescaling) images and videos

4) Editing Video and 3d Animations

Its kind of required that the cpu needs to support gen5 (pci-e 5).

I myself thought about this one:

However its quiet hard to find tests for some xeons so its hard to make a choice.

If someone has recommendations I would be very happy.
