Good afternoon,
This is not a technical issue per se, but a missing part issue. This R2208WF system came with a single 8 x 2.5" drive hot-swap and a previous technician was going to install another hot-swap. Well, they never did install another hot-swap and the blank panel as shown in the picture is missing. The CTO would like a blank panel installed again, so that's why I am asking for a part number or a kit that may contain it.

This configuration guide will provide you complete guidance on the parts in detailed that you enquired. You also may want to refer to page 20 for your Intel Server Chassis R2000WFxxx

The system is a R2208WF0ZSR and the S/N is BQWF01200762.

Please understand, the system is working fine, there is nothing “electronically” wrong with system, it is just missing the blank panel in front and the CTO wants that replaced. I have included some pictures in previous messages.

I'm just asking for a part number, I don't need or want anything replaced. The server is running perfectly. I just need a part number for the blank front panel and I will use the part number to find one. Because this server system is not in warranty, are you not able to help?

I have looked through all documentation, there is no mention of this blank. I found a used chassis on eBay which I'll buy for the blank, install the blank in their system and keep the chassis for myself since I am doing the purchase. Just close this ticket at this point.

I'm sorry, but I find it hard to believe that you cannot find a part number for this blank. I know the blank for the P series of pedestal chassis have the blank in a kit.
