Hello

We have here this board M10JNP2SB. After reseting BIOS to factory defaults and setting up BIOS to UEFI mode it stucks in POST mode with the sign "Importing firmware configuration from OData server".

I cannot do anything only restart server with Ctrl+Alt+Del. Even enter the BIOS. What is this sign means and what to do?

Hello OData,

Please try to test your system with the minimal system configuration ( processor, server board, one memory stick) and check if the problem continues.

Also, try testing each memory slot at the time.

Additionally, please let us know if what BIOS version do you currently have on your system.

I think the easiest way would be to use SCP files as per the following:

Configure RAID on a template server

Export SCP (server configuration profile) in "clone" mode so the RAID settings aren't commented out

Edit the resulting XML SCP file so only RAID settings remain

Use Redfish to import the XML file to new servers (Note: this will result in a reboot)
