NIC configuration on Windows Server Core

How do you configure advanced networking options for Intel nics on machines running Windows Server Core? I am thinking about things like enabling Jumbo Frames, setting Duplex and speed options, VLans and NIC teaming. I have a box that has an Intel® 82541GI Gigabit Ethernet Controller. I am using the latest version of the driver, 13.1.2, so I know these features are supported in the driver, I just can't confugre them easily. There is a WMI namespace for Intel NICs, but I haven't found any example of how I might use them to perform any actual configuration tasks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
