Hello,
We are having an issue with our SR2612URR Intel server when you log into the MegaRaid for trouble shooting purposes it locks up on us and we are forced to power off the San. After some digging we found that the USB is causing the issue, what we would like tod o is set up the SAN to boot up from a SSD drive instead of the USB. My question is what drive would be good to use and if there are any instructions on how to do this?

Yes you can mount two 2.5" SSDs inside the chassis. Refer to page 32 of the http://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/s5520ur/sb/r2612ur_service_guide_14.pdf Service Guide for details. The two internal drives can be connected to either the onboard SATA ports or your RAID controller, based on your preference/requirement.

Yes. If you connect them to the onboard SATA ports, and enable onboard SATA RAID, you can create a RAID 1 array.
