New server using dbs1200v3rpo board with xeon processor how to I find what the blinking amber light error is?

New server board, memory, cpu, power supply. It ran fine for a day then I got a constantly blinking amber light.. How do I find the problem.

It's the amber light on the back of the board no the NIC. specs give several possibilities is there a utility that may tell me.
