I am trying to run a sr1550al but, I can not get any screen, no bios no anything.. Is possible that cause of video controller or any idea about it?

and also i see at the manuel : C.: Power/Sleep LED : Blinking green indicates the system is in S1 sleep state(IN MY CONDITION)

What can i do for it?

You can find a definition of each power state (from S0 to S5) here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Configuration_and_Power_Interface Advanced Configuration and Power Interface - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

When the system is powered on, it should go to S0 state not S1. Are you sure it's the power LED that's blinking?

Yes that document is wrong... But I highly doubt it will get fixed since the product has been EOL'd for a long time...
