Hello ATurc3,

The Riser slot 4 connector of the Intel®Server Board S2600TP, is a PCIe*x16 and it should support the PCIe Gen2 x4 card; however, we do recommend contacting the card manufacturer and check with them for any type of limitation or compatibility issues with PCIe*x16 slots.

For more information in regards the PCIe* x16Riser Slot 4 Connector, please check page 81 on the technical product specifications:

Hello ATurc3,

We do recommend contacting the card manufacturer here so they can provide you with compatibility information. You can additionally check Tested Hardware and Operating System Lists so you can check the list of supported cards for your Intel® Server Board S2600TPR.

Finally, can you please elaborate on your first question: "can i using the " Rise Card for Riser Slot #1" in Riser Slot #4?"

The "Rise Card for Riser Slot # 1" is an Intel card made for the S2600TPR motherboard for use in the Rise Slot # 1, I want to use this card in "Rise Slot # 4", but is not specified in the data sheet.

Hello ATurc3,

Upon checking the TPS of the S2600TPR it only comes with 2 riser card slots

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/server-products/server-boards/S2600TP_HNS2600TP_TPS_R1_48.pdf

Can you please clarify what do you mean by Rise slot # 4? Are you referring to the  PCIe* x16Riser Slot 4Connector? If so, can you please let us know what you are trying to accomplish?
