Procesor Xeon E-2314 pracuje z niską częstotliwością

Mam taki problem, Serwer Dell, Xeon E-2314, Serwer Windows 2022 ROK. Serwer popracuje normalnie 1-2 dni, a potem najczęściej po weekendzie zaczyna się zamulać. Poprzednie pozostałe kontrolery, dyski przeinstalowane systemowe i dalej do siebie. Już nie jest to możliwe, ponieważ serwer działa normalnie na skutek działania niszczycielskiego, który podlega wahaniom od 1,5 do 2,8 GHz. po 1-2 Procesor może być w stanie hibernacji i już z niego nie wychodzi, ponieważ przez cały czas pracuje z prędkością 0,2 GHz. tak już muli. Uruchom ponownie nic nie daje. Jedyna opcja do odczekania chwili 5-10 minut, zawsze praca zgodnie z normą na 1-2 dni.

Hello, Yes, Dell covers this problem for 4 months under warranty. 
Dell replaced the CPU with another one. Dell wrote that this processor has this problem and they are unable to fix it. Dell said I had to restart the server every week.

 Dell wymienił, ale twierdzi, że jest to wima tych procesorów. Pod spodem cytuje to to technik Dell napisał: "Otrzymałem informację, że nasz zespół inżynierów wysłał logi z Pańskiego serwera do Intela w celu dalszej analizy."
Więc nie ma co zamykać, bo temat jest rozwojowy. Nie wiadomo co jest przyczyną.
