Possibility to insert a normal hard disk or do I have to take hard disks for professional servers ?.
Is it possible to put a PCie xpress card in this motherboard?

We recommend to use enterprise compliant HDDs on any server application
Consumer (normal) HDDs like the ones used on desktop computer are not recommended as per you might get unwanted issues when creating RAID arrays or high workload applications.
There are several different HDD technologies like SATA, SAS, NVMe, M.2, etc
This board comes with 12 SATA ports and 4 OCuLink port (for NVMe HDDs)
Besides that if you attach a TriMode PCIe RAID controller you will get support for SATA, SAS and NVMe drives using a compatible expander
This should answer your 2nd question about PCIe compatibility.
