Questions regarding 3rd Gen Xeon(CPX-6/ICX) SoCs

Hello,

I have some questions regarding 3rd Gen Xeon(CPX-6/ICX) SoCs...

1. There's an unused PHY next to DMI PHY in both the die picture of ICX HCC SoC(HC32) and the wafer shots of ICX XCC SoC(Intel Newsroom). Is it related to somewhat scrapped Omni-Path Fabric?

2. There are no ICX/CPX datasheets publicly disclosed yet. Any plans to disclose them?

3. Can you disclose a die shot of CPX-6 SoC, or a block diagram of that SoC? It has definitely launched at least several months ago, but there's oddly no information...
