The Intel servers in question are going to be utilized in a government project hosting classified information.
For the purposes of declassifying the servers for moving or upgrading the project, clearing procedures are required.

For this kind of documentation you will need to complete a Non Disclosure Agreement. Have you gone through this process with Intel already?
Besides we will need a personal email ones the NDA process is completed so we can forward you the SoV documentation
