We have Intel SR1625URSAS servers, motherboard S5520UR with BIOS S5500.86B.01.00.0050.050620101605, 6 May 2010. We have foud that it is not possible to navigate the RAID configurration screen without a mouse, this is the screen that is entered during BIOS startup. We use a 16port NovaView KVM and the mouse does not work in this screen. If there is a better place to report this issue please let me know.

Well, I believe for all Intel RAID solutions it's possible to configure RAID using keyboard only... Which RAID solution are using?

You're correct it is OK. It is probably our 16 port Rexton ENV-116D Novaview KVM that does not work with it. We'll just plug in seperate Keyb and mouse when needed. Rob
