RAID controller RMS3CC080 reports the below event every 26 seconds.

After a linux reboot, all drives are not detected. See the below error form RAID event logs.

The issue is not observed after a power remove/insert.

 

Please explain what the error is here.

It is very complicate to install sysinfo package on our customer box. I cannot do it for quick.

We have all diagnostic dump that is a gather of all system information., like BMC logs, RAID logs and so on.

Which info you want?

 

Do you think the issue is caused by faulty/loose cable or faulty RAID card?

The issue is fixed.

 

I get the support from your RAID developer.

He confirm the issue is caused by SAS expander and is fixed in the latest SAS expander firmware update.
