It is very complicate to install sysinfo package on our customer box. I cannot do it for quick.
We have all diagnostic dump that is a gather of all system information., like BMC logs, RAID logs and so on.
Which info you want?
Do you think the issue is caused by faulty/loose cable or faulty RAID card?

The issue is fixed.
I get the support from your RAID developer.
He confirm the issue is caused by SAS expander and is fixed in the latest SAS expander firmware update.
