RAID web Console 2 Install issues on Windows Server 2008 R2

Hi all,

I have an Intel S5520HCR with an RS2BL040 RAID card connected to a 4 port intel drive expander. We've installed Server 2008 R2 onto the system with all the latest updates as of Oct 25 2011. We can't seem to get the Raid Web Console 2 to install on the server. Anyone had similar issues? We've actually had a drive fail on the system and are anxious to get the console installed to silence the alarm!

Can you be more specific? Are you getting an error while installing?

I agree with Catalin. More details are needed to investigate your issue.

However if you only want to silence the alarm, you can do that within the BIOS Console:
