RMM - iKVM over HTML5 missing

I have an Intel server running a S2600CWR motherboard which has an RMM module fitted for remote access in the event of any issues.

The issue i have is that even though i can log into the BMC console, under the Remote Control tab there is no option to launch iKVM over HTML, so i am unable to access the server when it is not in Windows. The only options i have under this tab are Console redirection, Server Power Control and Virtual front panel. Another working server running a similar intel board has more options including the iKVM option.

Any help would be appreciated, and i can offer more info if requested.
