have a system with a S2600CP4 board. I would like to enable its KVM features by adding a remote management module RMM4
I configured the module in Bios
But in BMC web concole I see that the module is not installed:
Why it does not work?

Hello Vityas,
Hope you are doing fine.
In order to activate the KVM, you will need the activation key RMM4.
You can search it by the product code AXXRMM4LITE.

Hello Vityas,
I apologize for asking but we need to double check the information, are you able to perform an EFI firmware update?
Please try to run the browser as an administrator - right click on the application and then "run as administrator" and install the java package.

Thanks for the answer. I updated the firmware a few months ago. Do not I have the latest version now? Give please a link to it if not.
The latest version java is installed. I started the browser as administrator, but still writes that the module is not installed.

Hello Vityas,
Please try to perform it with the following order:
Install first:
1. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26957/Intel-Server-Board-S2600CP-Firmware-Update-Package-for-EFI?product=56334
Then:
2. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27786/Firmware-Update-Package-Update-for-EFI-Intel-Server-Boards-and-Intel-Server-Systems-Based-on-Intel-60X-Chipset?v=t
Then test the KVM again.
Let me know how it goes.
