I configured the module in Bios
But in BMC web concole I see that the module is not installed:
Why it does not work?

Hello Vityas,
Hope you are doing fine.
In order to activate the KVM, you will need the activation key RMM4.
You can search it by the product code AXXRMM4LITE.

I have AXXRMM4, not lite. Tell me please how and where I can activate it
Hello Vityas,

Hello Vityas,
I apologize for asking but we need to double check the information, are you able to perform an EFI firmware update?
Please try to run the browser as an administrator - right click on the application and then "run as administrator" and install the java package.

Hello Vityas,
Please try to perform it with the following order:
Install first:
1. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26957/Intel-Server-Board-S2600CP-Firmware-Update-Package-f...
Then:
2. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27786/Firmware-Update-Package-Update-for-EFI-Intel-Server-...
Then test the KVM again.
Let me know how it goes.
