Raid 1 degrade on s2600cp

Dear sir, We are Intel Platinum Partner in Bangladesh (Flora Ltd.). We need emergency help. After raid 1 configuration successfully by Intel ESRT* II on server board s2600cp with two brand new 500gb hdd it shows raid1 two hdd online .... thats ok, Then boot my pc with shipment cd called Intel development Assistant .. and select os installation for MS server 2003 but after 1st reboot it shows raid degraded instead of os installation then rebuild started.I already changed both hdd and configured again but same massage occurred. Plz help Asap.Thanx in advance.

I've seen similar issue with old ESRT2 driver. Considering the driver included in the IDA might not be the latest version, you may try to load the latest driver during installation: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22120 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22120

Also, check http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-033388.htm Memory and Hardware Compatibility and see if you HDDs are in the list.
