Hello, I hope it works in German too.

It starts with the S1200V3RP being written on the motherboard. However, the Intel® Driver and Support Assistant says manufacturer: Intel Corporation, model: S1200RP_SE, version: G62252-408.

Anyway, I swapped a 2TB Raid1 volume for a 4TB Raid1 volume (had to swap) and played back Windows 7 with Aomei Backuper or HDclone. I've since upgraded to Windows 10.

But my problem is that 1.5 TB of the 4TB are not allocated, see the disk management image.

And I can't assign it to C: or make it a large disk. I've already tried converting the volume from MBR to GPT, but then the system doesn't boot anymore, so I started again from the beginning and played back Windows 7 from the backup and upgraded to Windows 10 again, which took me 3 days. Now, before I continue like this, I have created a USB stick with WInPE in EFI format, but that doesn't boot either. I'm a bit at a loss, can you help me step by step so that my plan works?

I'm also confused about which Intel board I actually have, and would also like to increase the RAM to the maximum or at least to 32 GB (4x8GB DDR3L). Attached is the report from Intel® Driver and Support Assistant
