The reserve battery of cache-memory module AXXRPCM3 (RAID controller Intel SRCSASJV) as broken down.

Than it is possible to replace it (only the battery)? What analogue or compatible?

You should be able to replace the cache memory module only; there is no need to replace the entire RAID controller for this.

You may also consider installing a Mini-DIMM module for caching purposes instead; and then, install a Intel® RAID Smart Battery AXXRSBBU3.
