Dear Intel team,
Good day,
I'm Apiwat M, Supplier quality engineer in Celestica Thailand.
According to we continues found failure Real time clock failed (Actual time don't correct or delay)
we had send sample to Intel for analysis 2 times and result are Passed.
Then we requested to return and remount but result still failed also.
and Intel suggested, it's concern with Test Miscorrelation.
So we would like to request Intel team to onsite Celestica Thailand to confirm with actual set with our DS team for solves this issue.
By the way, Our global design team have parallel contact with you in refer no#22586 (Case name : RTC delay issue)
Can you advise and accept our request ?

I have accounted for IPS but we can't find category of Intel® Xeon® D-2187NT for create new case.
Could you advise how do we create this processor ?

Thank you for the update.
Can you try creating the IPS case by selecting the product that is closest to the Intel® Xeon® D-2187NT processor like Any other Xeon D procesor?
You can mention the actual product in the description while creating the case. Also please note that there is no onsite service provided for this.

I tried to find out closest category with Intel® Xeon® D-2187NT processor.
But I still haven't found it.
My intel product has only Intel®FPGAs only.
