After replacement CMM, I tried press Enter, Del, Ctrl-break etc, but Linux continue loading. Ther is no "EBF prompt" bring up. I can't enter to the CMM EBF.
Does anyone know solution?

Hello GMalt2,
Thank you for joining the community
I see that you are having an issue with a MFSYS25 modular server system. I would like to comment this product has reached the End of Interactive Support status with Intel; therefore, support is limited to information posted on the website.
Looking at the article you attached at the end it states the following:
"If you see the boot process, but cannot get the EBF prompt, note that the serial cable or USB to serial cable must be a fully populated straight-through cable. Specifically, it must allow the host PC to assert the CTS pin on the CMM."
You can check the following alternate article too: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000008033/server-products/server-chassis.html
