Can I have confirmation that S1200BTLR doesn't support S4 ACPI state ?
I have installed Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials.
When I run 'powercfg /a' I get that only S1 and S3 state are supported
and that the firmware doesn't handle hibernation.
Anyway to overcome this diagnostic?
Thanks in advance,
Fabrice

Hi!
As your inquiry refers to a server board, is there any specific reason why you need to put such a system into hibernation?

It may seem strange for a server, but as I said, I installed Windows Server 2012 R2 essentials for my Home server.
I need it to be online only from 17:00 - 24:00 and week-ends. I could make it hibernate most of the week.
Moreover, with the lightsout plugin, it is easy to wake up the server whenever some client need it.

As I further investigate, please, provide the following information:
1. Is Intel® Remote Management Module 4 (Intel® RMM4) set up on the Intel® Server Board S1200BTLR in question?
2. What is the basic system configuration (please, include what the processor model is) on the server board?
The answers to these questions will surely help provide a definitive answer in respect to S4 state being or not supported.
