Due to inappropriate BIOS update (wrong update order) I've bricked the motherboard so it can't boot even from the backup.
As the warranty is expired I've send the board to the service center, but they need the full bios file (12MB) to flash it.
The CAP files in the firmware update are only 5MB and it's just an update files - not the full bios. Where can I get these files?

Hello,
You can find the different BIOS versions available for your system https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/71387/Intel-Server-Board-S1200V3RPM here.
Can you please provide us the BIOS version that exact BIOS version that you are looking for?
As an additional recommendation check the https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000024411/server-products/server-boards.html BIOS Recovery Procedure for Current Intel® Server Boards.
Best regards,
Sergio S.
