S2400BB Motherboard Statement of Volatility

I am looking for a Statement or Certificate of Volatility for the S2400BB motherboard which would identify all non-volatile memory on the motherboard. This would be used to help sanitize a classified processor by removing all stored data from the system. Did Intel develop a document like this?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
