Hi,
I have a PCIe expansion card on which 2 NVMe SSDs are. But in the bios after installing Proxmox in Raid 1 I can not select the ssds as boot option.
The 16x PCIe slot is set to 4x4x4x4 in the bios by bifurcation.
Is there a particular reason why the boot option is not displayed, neither in Legacy nor in UEFI mode?
The PCIe Card that I used:
It also says, it is bootable:

I would say that your board is too old, and your bios does not support boot from nvme.

[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]

Hi dr3s3l,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community.
Please note due to this product being discontinued,Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it,but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help.
You may also find the Discontinued Products website ( https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/discontinued-products.html ) helpful to address your request.
Thank you for understanding.
Regards,
Sreelakshmi B
