S2600WT2 PSU Issue

Hi, 

Would like to check if anyone faced issue with server power supply unit?

I have 2 servers located on different racks. When there is any hard reboot done on a server (plug out and plug in power cord), it is impacting my intel servers. Guess there is some voltage fluctuation where the server power supply it not able to withstand it. Noticed from the power supply serial numbers that it is manufactured in the same batch. 

Kindly advice.
