The onboard nic cards just quit working. Vendor wants to replace entire server because of the contract agreement we have with them. (a whole other story). How does one go about getting warranty service on a motherboard when you can't even get your vendor to help you out?

Hello copelj,
First, let me apologize for the inconvenience you have encountered with the reseller.
But normally they will proceed on doing the whole replacement if the server is new.
One thing I could recommend will be to open a normal support Ticket, you can call the support center at 916-377-7000 option 4.
You will need detail troubleshooting done to determine the NIC been bad and also the POP ensure is under warranty plus the Serial number and PBA found on the board.
If there is anything else we can help please feel free to ask.
Best regards,
Henry A.

Hello copelj,
I just will like to follow up on this forum. To see if you were able to get in contact with server support for a possible board replacement.
If there is anything else we can help please feel free to ask.
Best regards,
Henry A.
