S3210SHLC and Raid 5

A colleague just got this board and has 5x500gb sata drives. He's wanting to do a raid 5 setup but he is only getting the options to do 0,1 or 0+1 (raid 5 is grayed out) Is there something that he needs to do or be aware of?
