S5000PSL SLI or CrossFire Support?

I'm trying to repurpose a S5000PSL / S5000PSLSATAR system with dual L5408's as a graphic design & multimedia workstation instead of building something from scratch and letting this sit in a dark corner. (Seems like there's still quite a bit of horsepower here - shame for it to go to waste.)

I know the board has three PCI Express slots (one x4, two x8) so I was wondering if I could toss in a couple of GeForce or Quattro cards in SLI or ATI cards in CrossFire configuration.

Is this a possibility?
