S5520HC + SC5650DP - which CPU cooler?

Hi

I am in the process of building a small server based on the SC5650DP enclosure and the S5520HC mainboard... But since the boxed E56xx CPU's doesn't come with a CPU cooler, I need to figure out which CPU cooler(s) to use.. Initially I was considering BXSTS100C - but if the enclosure already have a fan duct - will a passive CPU cooler be ok ? If yes, what is the part number for this/these ?
