Hi,
I have a setup with SC5650DP chassis, S5520HC motherboard and Xeon E5620 processor. 16 G Kingston Intel Server Validated memory.
System starts up fine and OS installed (tried both Win7 and Win Srv 2008 R2), but about every two seconds, it freezes for some milliseconds - very noticeable if you move the mouse around or scroll a big list.
I updated to the latest BIOS etc. - any ideas of what could be wrong?
Thanks,
Mads

Explanation of this issue is also available on this http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-031086.htm page. Of which it recommends updating to the latest firmware build as well as some minor BIOS configuration & utilizing the latest NIC driver.
