SC5650WS Chasis Fans Ramps Up as soon as OS is loaded

Hi All,

Well I am using s5520sc board with sc5650ws chasis this started happenind 3 to 4 days back when ever i start the system its fine but when the OS is loaded the chasis fans ramps up... running at full speed... i checked all the fan connection they were fine and also i updated the bios but seriously it feel like an sitting near a jumbo jet with its engine started... i did what is stated at the following link but it didnt worked out:
