I recently attempted to put a SR1520ML that had been retired back into service as a small pbx. I updated to the latest BIOS/BMC/FRU/SDR found https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19636/X38ML-Firmware-Update-Package-for-IDA-OFU-WinPE-EFI- here. I booted to the EFI shell and it ran the startup.nsh and everything appeared to go normal. I answer the questions, etc. After a reboot the usb keyboard and mouse do not work. I can see the video come on and it looks normal but the numlock never lights and the light on the mouse never lights. The strange thing is I can see on the screen right after it shows the processor and ram, etc. it says usb keyboard detected and usb mouse detected. I've tried several different keyboards/mice, cleared the CMOS, etc. but have had no luck. Is this a known issue and is there a way to get this working again? I was going to do a BIOS recovery but according to the readme I need several files on a flash drive or cd. They include iflash32.efi, startup.nsh, *.cap and fv_main.fv. I cannot seem to find this elusive fv_main.fv file anywhere. So I am stuck. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
