Our SS-4200e recognizes our UPS (uninterrupted power supply) just fine, but it shuts down far too quickly. The UPS is large and will supply power for more than 20 minutes. How can I adjust the time that the server stays on before it begins the shutdown process? Right now it's only about two minutes.
Thanks

Hello,
After checking the documentation for the Intel®Entry Storage System SS4200-E, we can confirm there are no settings in the BIOS to adjust the shut down process when having an UPS connected.
