What best mother board for me

My requirement is following:

1) processor support PIV to Quad Core.

2) DDR2 and DDR3 Support

3) 04 slots of RAM

4) 04 SATA and 01 PATA support

5) 01 SATA and 01 PATA MASTER for booting either SATA or PATA
