Server 2003 r2 install issue

I am trying to install server 2003 r2. When using the program at the 'F6' additional dirvers I put in the RAID drivers. Later the program asks me for the Intel Matrix Storage Manager Driver. It does not recoginze anything I download from Intel. So what am I doing incorrectly.
