Server Chasis SC5299WS + AXX6DRV3GEXP

I have a SC5299WS chassis with fixed hard drive cage.

 

I bought part AXX6DRV3GEXP. But the the parts are different form the manual (no Latch Plate...)

 

So I can't fit the drive cage in the chassis

Please help..
