Server Reboot S5520UR

We have an S2600UR server system with an S5520UR motherboard with BIOS 61 installed. We are getting periodic reboots and the event log from the RMM3 reports an error of PCIe Fat Sensor. We have an LSI Ultra 320 SCSI 2000 series card with an external Quantum LTO 3 tape drive connected. We also have an Intel RS2BL080 RAID card installed. Does anyone know what could be causing the server reboot? Please let me know if you need anymore info.

Since it is a PCIe error, it is almost surely one of those two cards. How long does the system run between reboots, and can you temporarily remove one or both cards?

The system can go weeks sometimes or it might be a a few days between reboots. We can't remove the RS2BL080 because that is a RAID card with our system drives on it. We have several servers with that card in them and we don't see the PCIe error. We could probably remove LSI SCSI card, but we won't be able to run a backup since the card has an external tape drive connected to it. I found this compatibly list:

and the LSI card is not on it. Does that truly mean that the card is not compatible?

That is the most likely culprit, yes.
