We have purchased Archer City 2S RP VOL platform, but  we cannot contact technical support. May I ask how to contact technical support?

  The order & device information:

    Product Model:ACH2SOCVOL,99A0F9

    Chassis:QSA211300184

    MB:QSA111300202K46386-405

    PCH S/N:71L43V3800851

    CPU(s) S/N:D13R4E5700070

    CPU(s) S/N:D1E6X87300156

    DIMM0 S/N:80AD0121021349EC1A

    SPR# 10400

    DIT# 27977

    BIOS Version:DCRB.SYS.OR.64.2021.19.5.03.1613_SPR_ECG_SP

    BMC Version:OBMC-egs-0.47-0-gcf1ebe-3cec7f5-pfr-full

Our problem:

  1. After the BIOS Settings are modified, the server fails to start:
    1. The operation process:
  • Power on the system and press F2 to enter the Bios.
  • Set BIOS options by following the steps in the red box below:

  • Set Platform Configuration > BMC LAN Configuration > User Configuration and set the User name and password.
  • After the server is restarted, the server cannot be started.

We tried to remove the BIOS battery, but it still couldn't be recovered。

2.In addition, We also need the following information for future development:

  • One-on-one technical support.
  • Bios/ UEFI development documents.
