Hi,

I tried to reach you via some other support link.

So, here I am reposting my unanswered queries again.

As we are working on VPX 6U SBC Board design & development where Intel Xeon D-1746 Processor is being used.

Please help us with following data- 

1. Thermal Metrics (Junction to Board/Case) for the Intel® Xeon® D-1746 Processors.

like- RθJCtop & RθJB (°C/W ). RθJCtop: - Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance RθJB: - Junction-to-board thermal resistance.
