Unable to run L1 app from the Github repo

Hi,
we are trying to run the L1app from the github repo(https://github.com/intel/FlexRAN.git) which is compiled on skylake/cascadelake servers. We are using icelake cpu on the server and BIOS settings and core pinnings are matched according to the FlexRAN document. We compiled libxran.so, libwls.so and FAPI translator binaries from the ORAN-SC PHY repo. The FAPI_translator is now acting as the bridge between L1 and L2. Whenever we are running L1app in any of the modes, we are getting the below error. Can you help us in compiling the l1app alone without any libwls, libxran and fapi translators.

./l1app: 1: version: not found
./l1app: 2: oid: not found
size: '304651248': No such file
Cleanup after [PID] 44515
